A Different Kind
of Real Estate Agent

I'm reading build quality, structural integrity, era-specific issues, and what a home is actually worth versus what it looks like on paper.

I work with buyers and sellers across Howard, Baltimore, Carroll, and Frederick Counties. My clients are typically people who want to partner with a skilled advisor, not a salesperson — people who ask good questions and expect straight answers. Whether you are looking for your first home, an investment property or moving on from your current property, let's talk.

Three Things That Set This Apart

The Strategist

Deep expertise in negotiations, contract law, and market data analysis. Every recommendation is backed by numbers and a clear explanation of why — not just gut feel.

The Builder's Eye

Years in commercial construction before real estate. I read what others miss — build quality, structural concerns, era-specific issues, and the gap between a listing's claims and reality.

The Human

Buying or selling is one of life's most emotionally charged decisions. I adapt to what each client needs — whether that's straight data, patient explanation, or steady presence through a difficult process.

Background

Before real estate, I spent years working in commercial construction. That background shapes how I work: when I walk through a home, I'm not just looking at finishes and staging. I'm looking at the bones — how it was built, what era it came from, what that typically means for maintenance, and whether the asking price accounts for what I'm seeing.

I also teach at Howard Community College, which reflects something I care about: clear explanation. Real estate is full of people who benefit from keeping clients confused. I'd rather you fully understand the decision you're making.

Service Area

I work primarily in Central Maryland — Howard County, Baltimore County, Carroll County, and Frederick County, including the Route 70 corridor. My focus is homes in the $400,000–$900,000 range, though I work with clients across a broader spectrum when the fit is right.

How I Work

I don't operate as a high-volume agent who passes clients off to assistants. When you work with me, you work with me — through the search, the offer, the negotiation, and the closing table.

I'm direct. I'll tell you when a house has problems worth walking away from, when an offer strategy doesn't make sense, and when the market timing favors waiting. If you want someone who only tells you what you want to hear, I'm probably not the right fit — and I'd rather you know that upfront.

"Brandon truly cares about people — not just clients, but human beings. He listens first. He takes the time to understand not just the transaction, but the family, the goals, and what truly matters to the people he's helping. He puts the client first, not the commission — and that difference is immediately clear."
